On February 24th, Night Turf St. Moritz was unveiled in three events: sprint, flat and snow. Longines is the title partner of the Grand Prix Longines, a flat-land race; the race was won by Raphael Lingg, who rides the Berrahri.
Two days later, on the 26th (Sunday), a group of riders competed for the highlight of the White Turf St. Moritz—the Longines Grosser Preis von St. Moritz. Winner of the championship; Longines is the main partner, official timekeeper and designated watch for St. Moritz Snow Horse Racing.
Since 1907, the annual horse racing in St. Moritz has been held on the icy lakes of a famous tourist resort in Graubünden, Switzerland on three Sundays in February. This event attracts more than 30,000 tourists each year and is an important sports and social event in Engadine winter. This year’s event will be held on February 12, 19, and 26, and St. Moritz Night Marseille will be held on February 24.
